Information we collect

MDFILESTORAGE collects only the information needed to provide the service. When you create an account, we store your authentication identifier provided through the sign-in provider. When you upload Markdown files, we store the content you provide.

We do not collect analytics data, sell personal information, or share your data with third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

How we use your information

Your information is used to provide and improve the MDFILESTORAGE service. Specifically:

• Authentication data enables you to sign in and manage your files.
• Uploaded files are stored in your private workspace so you can edit and revisit them.
• Payment records are kept for billing and to maintain your plan subscription.

Data storage and retention

Your Markdown files are stored in your own private workspace and are protected by the authentication system. Files you remove are soft-deleted and not accessible in the normal user interface. We retain data only as long as needed to deliver the service and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You can access and manage your files at any time through the MDFILESTORAGE app. If you have questions about your data or wish to close your account, please contact us at privacy@mdfilestorage.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Third-party services

MDFILESTORAGE uses a sign-in provider for authentication. The provider processes your identity information under its own privacy practices. We do not embed third-party scripts or analytics trackers on this landing page or in the application.
